Obtain an offline token from https://access.redhat.com/management/api\n2. Run `agcm auth login` and paste your token when prompted\n3. Start the TUI with `agcm`\n\n### Token Storage\n\nTokens are stored securely using your system's native credential manager:\n\n| OS | Storage Location |\n|----|------------------|\n| **macOS** | Keychain (Keychain Access app) |\n| **Windows** | Credential Manager |\n| **Linux** | Secret Service API (GNOME Keyring / KDE Wallet) |\n\nOn headless systems where no keyring is available, tokens fall back to file-based storage in the config directory.\n\nUse `agcm auth status` to check which storage method is being used.\n\n### Config File\n\nConfiguration is stored at `~/.config/agcm/config.yaml`:\n\n```yaml\napi:\n base_url: https://api.access.redhat.com\nui:\n theme: auto # auto, dark, light, dracula, solarized, mono (cycle with `t` in the TUI)\ndefaults:\n account_number: \"\" # Default account filter\n group_number: \"\" # Default group filter\npresets: # Filter presets (keys 1-9, 0)\n \"1\":\n name: \"Team A Critical\"\n accounts: [\"123456\", \"789012\"]\n status: [\"Open\", \"Waiting on Red Hat\"]\n severity: [\"1 (Urgent)\", \"2 (High)\"]\n products: [\"Red Hat Enterprise Linux\"]\n \"2\":\n name: \"All Open\"\n status: [\"Open\"]\n```\n\n## Usage\n\n```bash\nagcm # Launch the TUI\nagcm -a 12345 # Filter by account number\nagcm -a 12345,67890 # Filter by multiple accounts\nagcm -p 1 # Load filter preset 1\nagcm --group 67890 # Filter by case group\nagcm --mask # Mask sensitive text for screenshots\nagcm --version # Show version\nagcm --help # Show help\n```\n\n### CLI Commands\n\nIn addition to the TUI, agcm provides command-line tools for scripting and automation:\n\n#### List Cases\n\n```bash\nagcm list cases # List all cases\nagcm list cases 1 # List using filter preset 1\nagcm list cases --status open # Filter by status\nagcm list cases --severity 1 # Filter by severity\nagcm list cases 1 --limit 50 # Preset with limit override\nagcm list accounts # List accessible accounts\n```\n\n#### Show Case Details\n\n```bash\nagcm show case 01234567 # Show case details in markdown\nagcm show case 01234567 --comments # Include comments (default)\n```\n\n#### Export to Markdown\n\n```bash\nagcm export case 01234567 # Export single case\nagcm export case 01234567 01234568 # Export multiple cases\nagcm export cases 1 # Export using filter preset 1\nagcm export cases --status open # Export filtered cases\nagcm export cases 1 -d ./exports # Preset with output dir override\nagcm export cases --bundle 1 # Bundle export for AI tools (4MB files)\n```\n\n#### Search\n\n```bash\nagcm search \"kernel panic\" # Search cases and solutions\nagcm search \"NVMe driver\" --limit 20\n```\n\n#### MCP Server (AI Assistant Integration)\n\nagcm can run as an [MCP](https://modelcontextprotocol.io/) server, allowing AI assistants like Claude to interact with Red Hat support cases.\n\n```bash\nagcm mcp # Start MCP server over stdio\n```\n\nTo use with Claude Code or Claude Desktop, add to your MCP settings:\n\n```json\n{\n \"mcpServers\": {\n \"agcm\": {\n \"command\": \"agcm\",\n \"args\": [\"mcp\"]\n }\n }\n}\n```\n\nAvailable tools: `list_cases`, `get_case`, `search`, `get_solution`, `get_article`\n\n#### Shell Completions\n\n```bash\nagcm completion bash #
