Read-only, internal due-diligence use only.\n\nNote: the anonymized bulk data has **no party names, case numbers, or DOB** (stripped at\nsource) — you search it by locality / division / charge / code section / person_id / year,\nnot by name. For name lookups, `lookup_pointer` hands you the official URL + steps. The live\npatchright scraper was removed (the OCIS 2.0 EULA bars automated scripting).\n\n`year` on `search_bulk`/`bulk_stats` is the **source export-batch year** (from the dump\nfilename), not the filing year — filings run several months past the batch year.
