AI Enablement Academy Agentic Marketplace packages the Academy's client-tested agent skills as installable Claude Code plugins: AI recruiting skills covering the full hiring pipeline, AI agent builders for Custom GPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Google Gemini Gems, a coaching skill for AI opportunity assessment, and an ADM risk auditor for automated-decision compliance readiness. These are the same skills the Academy runs in live client engagements, not demo code, and every skill works outside Claude Code too, via the open SKILL.md agent-skills format.

For example, to install just the Boolean search string writer: swap in plugins/recruiting-stack/skills/boolean-search-string-writer. Claude Code discovers skills in ~/.claude/skills/ on its own, no /plugin install step needed.
Once a skill is installed, either path, it triggers automatically when your request matches its description, or you can ask Claude to use it by name, for example "use boolean-search-string-writer to build a sourcing string for this JD."
