Atlas: Enterprise AI Self-Learning Skills System. 1000+ agent skills + five-layer security + unlimited markets. Production-ready for marketing teams.
Set up
Skills are installed by placing their folder where your agent loads skills.
The download comes from github.com/cj-wang-sowork/atlas-Enterprise-AI-Self-Learning-Skills-System- itself, not from our server, so what you get is exactly what its author published.
Install instructions come from the README

Turn a brand brief into one week of social content: complete copy, visual briefs, CTAs and a review checklist. An open-source marketing workflow preview, not a production service or a replacement for accountable human review.
Start with one outcome rather than choosing agents or installing a catalog. The assistant uses the bundled methods first and explores suitable public GitHub methods when a new need or capability gap warrants it. Small edits reuse the current workflow instead of searching again. Sources, assumptions and unavailable tools stay visible; drafts are not published automatically.
Try one real task
Recommended first trial: use the ChatGPT trial guide. Use the text Project package to start one conversation with your own authorized brand brief. ZIP reading is conditional on actual file tools; this is not a promise of native installation or durable memory. The guide includes a direct file-upload fallback, not a setup interview.
There is also a localhost-only personal web demo for inspecting the actual workflow and a live model response in a browser:
python3 -m native_demo --port 8766
Open the loopback URL printed by the server. The demo uses your own locally installed and signed-in Codex CLI, not a shared hosted account; no model result is prewritten. It is not a public or multi-user AI backend, does not provide account connectors, and must not be exposed through a public tunnel. If the runner is unavailable, it reports the blocker rather than inventing a result.
The older enterprise workspace and optional reviewed-learning Python modules remain in this repository for compatibility. They are not automatically connected to this marketing workflow. Prompt files do not enforce privacy or authenticate users; use sanitized examples and verify the actual host setup.
Adaptive Marketing Team
One marketing core. Task-specific workflows. Fresh, read-only GitHub discovery.
The new adaptive team guide is the entry point for marketers who want to describe an outcome instead of assembling agents. The director selects relevant workstreams, checks current capabilities, searches for suitable public repositories, reviews source-pinned instructions, and applies usable methods to an actual draft deliverable. Popularity is one signal, not a quality or safety certificate. Roles are coordinated work stages of the host model, not independently deployed agents.
The canonical instructions and resources live in team_core/. The
standard-library Python helper in marketing_team/ provides adaptive routing and
bounded GitHub API discovery; it does not run downloaded code or create marketing
content by itself. Inside a supported assistant, the host model uses the reviewed
methods to do the work. Generic category queries keep raw briefs and client
identifiers out of public search. If live search is unavailable, report
LIVE_SEARCH_UNAVAILABLE and use the bundled methods without inventing a search.
From a source checkout, inspect the plan or perform a real public-source search:
python3 -m marketing_team plan --task "Plan a product launch social campaign"
python3 -m marketing_team discover --task "Audit SEO and landing page conversion" --max-results 3
Release authors generate three platform layouts from the same canonical source. Choose a new destination outside the checkout; the builder refuses overwrites:
python3 scripts/build-marketing-team.py --check
python3 scripts/build-marketing-team.py --target claude --dest /absolute/output/ATLAS-Marketing-Team-Claude.zip
python3 scripts/build-marketing-team.py --target chatgpt-plugin --dest /absolute/output/ATLAS-Marketing-Team-ChatGPT-Plugin.zip
python3 scripts/build-marketing-team.py --target chatgpt-project --dest /absolute/output/ATLAS-Marketing-Team-ChatGPT-Project.zip
Upload the Claude skill through its Skills interface with the required file/code capabilities enabled. ChatGPT native plugin ZIP upload depends on the available surface, plan and workspace permission; use the manual Project layout when that entry is unavailable. Dropping an archive into an ordinary chat is not a permanent installation. These exports do not add account authorization, background workers, social publishing, ad spend or automatic rule write-back. Native ChatGPT/Claude UI installation and live model task adherence remain separate acceptance gates. The earlier Agency Edition below remains available and unchanged.
The same repository also supports these earlier workspace editions:
| Runtime | Support model |
|---|---|
| OpenClaw | Installs the full workspace into ~/.openclaw/workspace |
| Claude Code | Adds a project CLAUDE.md launcher, workspace context, and a skill pack |
| Codex CLI | Uses Codex's AGENTS.md instruction discovery |
| Qwen Code CLI | Installs a SKILL.md pack under ~/.qwen/skills |
| Hermes Agent | Installs a SKILL.md pack under $HERMES_HOME/skills (default ~/.hermes/skills) |
| ChatGPT | Adaptive skills-only plugin package where supported, or manual Project/Starter Kit; tools and authorization remain platform-dependent |
| Claude (web/app) | Adaptive custom skill ZIP; requires the platform's Skills and file/code capabilities |
ATLAS for ChatGPT — Agency Edition v1.0
Build Your AI Marketing Team Inside ChatGPT. 下載 ATLAS,在 ChatGPT 建立你的 AI 行銷團隊,讓每個客戶都有一支專屬團隊。
Start with the Agency setup, or download the manual-workflow preview ZIP: one client, one Project; paste Project instructions and upload five authoritative working files. The supplied instructions direct ChatGPT through five sequential professional work stages, requesting an editable seven-day social plan and seven complete copy drafts before optional setup interviews. Five roles are simulated by one ChatGPT workflow, not five deployed independent agents.
- Source-pinned Agency Skill Pack: six adapted Brand to Social OS workflows, retained MIT license and source hashes; the original repository is unchanged. Required methods are included, not loaded automatically from GitHub.
- Task board, manual reviewer log and initially empty approved-rule index: separate task conversations, shared reviewed artifacts, exact-version decisions and human-maintained updates.
- Complete fictional first round: five filled draft artifacts and seven complete posts. Use only in a separate demo Project, never as the actual client's facts. The upload playbook excludes demo client data and example posts.
- Acceptance and limits: static/export tests are not live ChatGPT setup, two-human collaboration or observed cross-chat learning. Sharing/memory access is governed by the platform, not this kit's manual review agreement. No automatic file write-back, scheduler, CRM, email/social publishing or backend connection is installed.
Maintainers can export the separate text-only kit without touching local agent workspaces:
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target chatgpt-agency --dest /path/to/agency-kit
Open AGENCY_SETUP.md in the export. PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS.md is pasted into
Project settings; the five primary uploads are CLIENT_BRIEF.md,
AGENCY_PLAYBOOK.md, TASK_BOARD.md, CURRENT_RULES.md, and REVIEW_LOG.md.
Do not upload the three duplicate authoring references alongside the compiled
playbook. python scripts/build-agency-bundle.py --check verifies generated
uploads; explicit --write is a release-authoring action, not automatic learning.
The original eight-file generic export remains --target chatgpt.
Try the first job before installing
For the shortest SoWork demonstration, copy the single card in TRY_SOWORK_NOW.md. It supplies three checked public-source snapshots and asks for actual first work plus QA, not five rounds of role/KPI setup. This is chat-local prompt context, not a backend connection, automatic learning, guaranteed cross-chat retrieval or proven product uplift. The generic first-win card works for other tasks; Project setup and manual rule retention come after evaluating the first output. See the real SoWork A/B prompt-proxy report for original outputs and the 20-company comparison sheet. It is not a ChatGPT UI test or proof of better sales outcomes; C remains blocked pending real reviews.
What You Get
- A clear agent boot sequence in
AGENTS.md - Persona, memory, tool, identity, and heartbeat templates
- Three reusable skills: brand positioning, web research, and content writing
- A five-layer learning methodology for enterprise, brand, department, team, and personal context
- Python modules for market routing, access control, security checks, pattern learning, and cross-market intelligence
- A POSIX shell/Python 3 installer for OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex CLI, Qwen Code CLI, Hermes, or all five
- A separate ChatGPT Starter Kit for non-engineers; no terminal required
Verified implementation and boundaries
The earlier core-hardening regression evidence is in VERIFICATION.md, including collected tests, the pinned detector-fixture comparison, and explicit unverified production, live-runtime, usability, and business-benefit criteria. See ACCESS_CONTROL.md for the intentional scoped-API migration and LEARNING_LIFECYCLE.md for reviewed versioned reuse.
Authenticated E2E and measured evaluation milestone
Use a full source checkout for these optional integration/research tools; installing workspace prompt files does not wire them into a live agent runtime.
- Trusted identity example: pinned RS256 verification, server-owned grants, role checks and genuine subprocess restart/cross-user reuse. The issuer, users and human approvals in acceptance fixtures are synthetic; no production external IdP or browser OAuth flow has been connected.
- Controlled paired pilot: six actual model task calls on three explicitly fictional marketing briefs, same model/data per pair. It does not establish business-quality improvement; the apparent lexical gate advantage contains a false positive, and the reference arm was slower in this pilot.
- Non-engineer ChatGPT study: participant/observer protocol and durable recorder. No real participant has completed this study; human success/time metrics remain unmeasured, not replaced by agent QA.
See E2E acceptance for executable evidence and outstanding
human/customer/live-IdP gates. The core library remains standard-library-only;
optional signature verification installs integrations/requirements-oidc.txt.
Quick Install
git clone https://github.com/cj-wang-sowork/atlas-Enterprise-AI-Self-Learning-Skills-System-.git
cd atlas-Enterprise-AI-Self-Learning-Skills-System-
Install for one runtime:
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target openclaw
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target claude --dest ~/workspace/your-project
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target codex --dest ~/workspace/your-project
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target qwen
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target hermes
ChatGPT users: prefer the adaptive team guide for the new core. For the earlier generic manual edition, download the repository ZIP, open starter/chatgpt/README.md, and follow the Project setup. Its walkthrough targets a first task in about 10 minutes, not a measured or guaranteed result. Live native UI setup has not been verified.
Install for all five local agent runtimes (not ChatGPT):
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target all --dest ~/workspace/your-project
For --target all, --dest is the shared Claude/Codex project root, with separate CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md launchers. OpenClaw, Qwen, and Hermes use their default locations (Hermes honors HERMES_HOME). This can modify several existing workspaces; read backup and replacement rules first. ChatGPT export is separate: --target chatgpt --dest /path/to/manual-kit.
Runtime Details
OpenClaw
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target openclaw
Default destination: ~/.openclaw/workspace
OpenClaw loads the workspace files directly. After installation, customize:
SOUL.mdfor persona and toneTOOLS.mdfor local environment notesMEMORY.mdfor curated long-term contextskills/for reusable workflows
Claude Code
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target claude --dest ~/workspace/your-project
The installer writes:
CLAUDE.mdin the project root.atlas-workspace/with the full workspace bundle.claude/skills/atlas-enterprise-ai-self-learning/SKILL.md
The generated CLAUDE.md points to the workspace context and skill prompts. Existing launchers are backed up by default, not merged; review and merge your project rules before use.
Codex CLI
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target codex --dest ~/workspace/your-project
Codex reads AGENTS.md files before it works. The installer writes a project AGENTS.md launcher and .atlas-workspace/ bundle so Codex can discover the same workflow and skill instructions from the repository root.
Qwen Code CLI
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target qwen
Default destination: ~/.qwen/skills/atlas-enterprise-ai-self-learning
Qwen Code discovers skills from ~/.qwen/skills/ and .qwen/skills/. This installer creates a Qwen-compatible skill directory with SKILL.md, references, templates, and bundled prompt skills.
Use a custom Qwen skill location if needed:
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target qwen --dest ~/.qwen/skills/my-atlas-skill
Hermes Agent
./scripts/install-workspace.sh --target hermes
Default: ~/.hermes/skills/openclaw-imports/openclaw-workspace-sowork.
With HERMES_HOME set, the same relative path is placed under that home.
For an explicit profile, prefer --dest /absolute/profile/home/skills/openclaw-imports/openclaw-workspace-sowork rather than guessing the active CLI profile.
The pack has SKILL.md, references, assets/skills/, and a complete
templates/workspace/ including Python modules. Use hermes skills list to
inspect discovery, then load the name shown by your installation. No Hermes
configuration, credentials, gateway, or automatic learning hook is created.
How To Use
After installation, ask your agent for one of the bundled workflows:
Run brand positioning for our product.
Research competitors in the Japan market.
Write a LinkedIn post for this launch.
Analyze this repository and update the learning notes.
For Qwen Code, inspect the skill list in your installed version and select the ATLAS skill. CLI flags vary; check that version’s help instead of assuming an invocation flag. Installation tests verify files/imports, not live model behavior.
Methodology
ATLAS separates reusable learning by audience and risk:
| Layer | Purpose | Typical content | Sharing rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise | Organization-wide operating knowledge | Cross-market patterns, standards, policies | Shared broadly |
| Brand | Brand identity and messaging | Voice, positioning, approved claims | Shared with brand owners |
| Department | Function-specific playbooks | Marketing, sales, product, engineering workflows | Internal to department |
| Team | Local execution learning | Experiments, retrospectives, tactical decisions | Team-only |
| Personal | Individual preferences and notes | Private working style, drafts, local context | Never committed |
These are intended sharing rules, not a security guarantee. An instruction file cannot stop an agent or another OS user from reading accessible files. A production integration needs trusted identity, authorization on each protected operation, controlled storage, audit/revocation, and reviewed learning promotion. See access control and learning lifecycle.
Read the full methodology in docs/METHODOLOGY.md.
Architecture
User request
-> Runtime context instructions (OpenClaw, Claude, Codex, Qwen, Hermes)
-> Workspace boot sequence (AGENTS, SOUL, TOOLS, MEMORY)
-> Skill workflow selection (brand, research, content, custom)
-> Five-layer learning policy
-> Optional Python learning modules
-> Output, audit notes, and reusable learning updates
Core Python modules:
| Module | Role |
|---|---|
learn_system.py | Five-layer learning files and access validation |
market_router.py | Market registration, context, routing, and stats |
security_checker.py | Credential, PII, path, and access marker checks |
hermes_adapter.py | Observation, verified outcomes, reviewed lesson promotion, and reuse comparison |
skill_registry.py | Scoped revision history, human approvals, persistence, revocation, and import distrust |
market_intelligence.py | Cross-market insights, anomalies, and health reports |
The earlier workspace installer includes all root *.py modules, including skill_registry.py when present. Full workspace bundles contain them at the workspace root; skill packs contain them in templates/workspace/. Run code explicitly from that directory or integrate it yourself. Installing prompts does not invoke the backend or automatically observe/review/promote lessons. The adaptive marketing-team exporter is separate; its optional discovery helper runs only when the host actually permits execution and network access.
Verify Installation
Run the sandbox installation suite from the repository root:
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -p test_installer.py -v
Tests isolate HOME, HERMES_HOME, and destinations; no real profiles are installed. They cover every target, module imports, repeated installs/backups, force replacement, malformed arguments, overlaps, symlinks, and all preflight. See verification scope. These checks are not runtime/model/UI end-to-end tests.
Check the known Python modules compile (installed import checks are in the suite above):
python3 -m py_compile learn_system.py market_router.py security_checker.py hermes_adapter.py market_intelligence.py
