That's it. Next time you ask Claude to "invoice TechCorp for the May work", it follows the skill's playbook: collects the missing details, gets the math right, and produces a clean, ready-to-send document.
Works anywhere Claude supports skills: Claude Code, the Claude desktop app (Cowork), and other agents that read .claude/skills/.
What's a skill?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file — a professional playbook Claude reads before doing a task. Instead of a generic answer, you get the process a careful professional would follow: the right questions asked up front, the right structure, the right checks at the end.
