browser-automation-skills

🌐 Drop-in skills that teach Claude Code, Cursor & Codex CLI how to automate browsers. Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, Web Scraping, AdsPower & more.

Set up

Skills are installed by placing their folder where your agent loads skills.

The download comes from github.com/pencil20388-eng/browser-automation-skills itself, not from our server, so what you get is exactly what its author published.

Install instructions come from the README

Skills do not use an MCP config. Follow the steps in the README below.

🌐 Browser Automation Skills for AI Coding Agents

License: MIT PRs Welcome

English | δΈζ–‡ζ–‡ζ‘£

Drop-in skills that teach Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, and other AI coding agents how to automate browsers. One folder per tool β€” install only what you need.

Tell your agent "open 50 browser profiles and check their fingerprints" or "scrape product prices from these 10 URLs" and it just works.

Why This Exists

AI coding agents are powerful, but they don't know how to use browser automation tools out of the box. These skills bridge that gap β€” each one teaches your agent the API patterns, best practices, and gotchas for a specific browser tool, so you can stay in natural language while the agent writes correct automation code.

🧰 Available Skills

SkillWhat it teaches your agentInstall
AdsPowerManage antidetect browser profiles, proxies, cookies, fingerprints via Local APIcp -r skills/adspower .claude/skills/
PlaywrightFast browser automation with auto-wait, network interception, multi-browser supportcp -r skills/playwright .claude/skills/
SeleniumClassic browser automation, WebDriver protocol, cross-browser testingcp -r skills/selenium .claude/skills/
PuppeteerChrome DevTools Protocol automation, headless Chrome, PDF generationcp -r skills/puppeteer .claude/skills/
Web ScrapingExtract data from websites using BeautifulSoup, lxml, CSS selectors, handling pagination and anti-botcp -r skills/web-scraping .claude/skills/
Browser FingerprintingUnderstand and manage browser fingerprints, canvas, WebGL, WebRTC, timezone, languagecp -r skills/fingerprinting .claude/skills/

⚑ Quick Start

Install a single skill

# Example: install the Playwright skill for Claude Code
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r skills/playwright .claude/skills/

Install all skills

mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r skills/* .claude/skills/

Then just talk to your agent

> Scrape the top 20 product names and prices from amazon.com/bestsellers

> Open 10 AdsPower profiles, visit google.com on each, screenshot and close

> Write a Playwright script that logs into my dashboard and downloads the monthly report

> Check if my browser fingerprint is unique on browserscan.net

πŸ“‚ Skill Structure

Each skill follows the same pattern:

A single SKILL.md per tool. No dependencies, no config files, no build steps. Your agent reads the file and knows what to do.
