A private, research-first business growth plugin for businesses of any type. It turns sourced market evidence and your own numbers into practical strategy, operations, advertising, social content, and budget plans. It supports zero, light, medium, heavy, and abundance budget modes. The modes control the type and scale of experiments; you set the actual spending cap.
What it does
- Researches current market and platform information with dated source links when the host has browsing or connected data.
- Separates verified facts, your data, estimates, assumptions, and recommendations.
- Plans positioning, sales, retention, operations, ads, and social content with owners, metrics, costs, and stop rules.
- Creates documents, PDFs, slide decks, and spreadsheets when the host provides those tools; checks numbers and citations before delivery.
The plugin is skills only. It has no server, hidden data feed, ad account connection, or ability to guarantee results. It will label a plan provisional if current sources or company data cannot be accessed. It will not buy ads, publish posts, or contact people on its own.
Start
Install the private plugin in ChatGPT Work or Codex, or use the portable instructions with Claude CoWork, Gemini, Antigravity, or another agent. Example request:
Research my [business type] in [market]. My monthly budget is [amount/currency] ([mode]), my goal is [goal], and my current sales are [figures]. Create a sourced 90-day growth plan, a budget spreadsheet, and a decision deck. Mark assumptions clearly.
You can also ask for one piece, such as a competitor brief, operations review, ad test, or social calendar.
Source layout
plugin.json describes the Agent Plugins 1.0 package. skills/business-manager/SKILL.md is the canonical workflow. skills/business-manager/references/artifacts.md holds artifact outlines. PORTABILITY.md explains other agent setups. The release ZIP contains only the plugin manifest and skill files.
Limits and data handling
The package contains instructions only and sends no data itself. The host agent and its connected tools determine what data is accessed, stored, or exported. Verify local laws and platform policies for regulated products, financial claims, privacy, and advertising. Business projections are scenarios, not guarantees.
