Turkish"rakip analizi yap", "bu fikri analiz et", "pazar araştırması"

Tech Stack Detection

The skill auto-detects your project's technology and tailors recommendations:

  • Supported frameworks: Flutter, React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, Python/Django, Go, Ruby/Rails, and more
  • What it recommends: Libraries grouped by 12+ categories (architecture, UI, data, AI, testing, DevOps...)
  • For each package: GitHub stars, downloads, license, recommendation level (Essential / Recommended / Optional), install commands

Sources used for competitor tech detection: StackShare, BuiltWith, engineering blogs, job postings, GitHub orgs.

Requirements

DependencyPurpose
Node.js + docx npm packageDOCX report generation
Python 3 + openpyxlExcel workbook generation
Web search accessCompetitor research (via Claude's tools)

Dependencies are installed automatically when the skill runs.

How It Works

The scripts/ directory contains template generators:

ScriptGenerates
generate_strategy_docx.jsStrategy Report — cover page, feature matrix, gap analysis, AI map, segments
generate_pricing_docx.jsPricing Report — competitor pricing, package recommendations, revenue projection
generate_excel.pyExcel workbook — 11 sheets: features, AI, segments, gaps, pricing, tech, libraries, UI kits

Claude reads these templates, populates them with researched data, and executes them. HTML reports (complaints, brand, tech stack, master dashboard) are generated inline as self-contained files.

Quality Standards

  • Feature matrix: 30-50 features minimum across 6-10 categories
  • Competitors: 5-20 researched in depth
  • AI opportunities: 15+ identified with timeline phases
  • Complaints: 3+ review sources per competitor
  • HTML reports: Fully self-contained (no external dependencies)
  • Excel: Color-coded cells, frozen panes, proper column widths
  • DOCX: Cover page, headers/footers, page numbers, professional tables
