Description: Generates phased implementation plans from requirements documents and UI wireframes with dependency tracking and testing checklists.

Features:

  • Foundation phases (data models, core infrastructure)
  • Domain logic phases (business logic, validation)
  • API/Backend phases (routes, integrations)
  • UI/Frontend phases (pages, components)

• Dependency mapping and critical path identification
• Description-only output (no implementation code)
• Testing checklists for each phase
• ASCII dependency graphs

Inputs:

• Requirements document (features, business rules, user roles)
• UI wireframes/specifications (pages, components, interactions) - optional but recommended

Outputs:

• index.md - Overview, phase table, dependency graph, key files
• phase-XX-name.md - Individual phase files with detailed specifications

Usage

Once installed, the skill activates when you:

• Request an implementation plan for a project
• Provide requirements documents and ask for planning
• Ask to design an implementation approach
• Want to break down a project into phases

Prerequisites

• Claude Code CLI installed and configured
