Install Esri developer agent skills and an MCP server via Agent Plugins to give AI clients ArcGIS development guidance and access to official Esri documentation.
What's Included
- Esri developer agent skills: Core and SDK/API plugins and skills for ArcGIS development, including account requirements, authentication guidance, coding best practices, and instructions for querying official documentation with technology-specific focus areas.
- MCP server: The MCP for Esri developer documentation lets agents search Esri's official ArcGIS developer documentation.
Installation
- Follow your client's installation documentation below to add plugins from this repository.
- Install arcgis-developer-core for the shared development skills.
- Install the core and SDK/API plugins you need from the catalog below.
For example, a web mapping project may use arcgis-developer-core, arcgis-maps-sdk-for-javascript, and calcite-design-system together.
