Hi, I'm Ian (koinod / @iaankobe)

I build agent-first software for businesses that don't yet know AI can do their work — insurance, recruiting, content, and the back-office of small-to-mid operators. Everything I ship leans on a fleet of always-on agents (the "OMNI fleet") that handle research, scoring, content, and ops while humans do the closing.

The org runs on a small number of repeated patterns:

Supabase + Next.js + RLS for any multi-tenant app.
Per-script IIFE build (no bundler) for the legacy JSX apps (koino-insurance-os).
Deterministic Python for hot paths, LLMs only on the creative edges (see patterns/deterministic-core-llm-on-the-edges).
Shared design system pattern: <Shared.SectionPill/> etc. — never invent new CSS classes without first grepping for the existing convention (see patterns/check-existing-css-conventions-first).
