Skills are installed by placing their folder where your agent loads skills.
The download comes from github.com/prisma/prisma-next itself, not from our server, so what you get is exactly what its author published. The ZIP holds the whole collection; take the folder .agents/rules/multi-plane-packages.mdc out of it for multi plane packages.
