Skills are installed by placing their folder where your agent loads skills.
The download comes from github.com/tosin2013/rhel-devops-skills-cli itself, not from our server, so what you get is exactly what its author published.
Install instructions come from the README
Skills do not use an MCP config. Follow the steps in the README below.

A centralized installer for AI assistant skills providing deep knowledge for RHEL DevOps tooling — AgnosticD v2, Field-Sourced Content Template, Showroom, Patternizer, and Validated Patterns.
Skills use the Agent Skills open standard (SKILL.md) and work with Claude Code, Cursor IDE, and 40+ compatible tools (Codex, Copilot, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Goose, Windsurf, and more) via the cross-tool ~/.agents/skills/ path.

Quick Start
git clone https://github.com/tosin2013/rhel-devops-skills-cli.git
cd rhel-devops-skills-cli
./install.sh install --all
Quick Upgrade
If you already have the repo cloned, pull the latest changes and update all installed skills in one step:
cd rhel-devops-skills-cli
git pull origin main
./install.sh update --all
To also pick up any newly added skills that were not previously installed:
cd rhel-devops-skills-cli
git pull origin main
./install.sh install --all
./install.sh update --all
To upgrade the installer itself before updating skills:
cd rhel-devops-skills-cli
git pull origin main
./install.sh upgrade-installer
